We now produce a variety of Illumina libraries using NEB chemistry with minor only modifications to the base protocol in our closed tube T2Prep system. These libraries are excellent for service production because of the simplicity of the methods, robust chemistry with low or high inputs amounts, and they provide us with a very stable adapter chemistry for use with robotics. These preps were some of the first sets of chemistry we tested in our system. We also were able to expand the indexing capabilities with this chemistry to suit the needs of varying sizes of projects and sequence coverage needs. Recently, we have modified the chemistry to improve results on HiSeq4000, specifically to prevent abnormally high indexing swapping often associated with dual indexed samples from non-Illumina preparations, ensuring high levels of identified indices using either Single or Dual indexing formats. These libraries are very high quality and offer excellent consistency as verified by our production controls. The primary reason we only offer limited runs is so that we continue to fill flowcells quickly and ensure you receive data in 21 days or less.
